Every event host receives a one-on-one consultation call with our Founder and Chief Party Officer, Jeannie. We work with you to understand every detail of your party vision - from your party theme to the color of the balloons to choosing the perfect bounce house or soft play package and more!
Then, we dig into the logistics of your event, covering everything from parking arrangements and loading areas to a detailed description of the setup space. We will coordinate with you every step of the way so we can customize your celebration to perfection.
Ensuring Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness

Included in our party preparation process is ensuring every piece of equipment is in outstanding condition and meets the quality standards we are known for. One week before the event, our Event Prep team thoroughly inspects all the equipment in your selected party package, ensuring it is in perfect condition for your event. Our safety protocols do not end there! We also sanitize every piece of equipment; we prioritize your health and safety above anything else.
Efficient Setup and Swift Tear Down
On the day of the event, our Party Baby Event Specialists’ day begins well before your party starts, sometimes as early as 6 AM, with a team huddle at our office to ensure everything is perfectly coordinated for the day. From there, our team heads out in all directions to manage the day’s events across the Puget Sound area.
Our team arrives at your venue two hours before your party’s start time, transforming your venue into a vibrant party space, wasting no time so the party starts on time and you can focus on celebrating!
At the conclusion of your event, we arrive to perform a swift teardown with minimal disruption to your celebration. But our day doesn’t end there. Our team then heads back to the office to unload our Party Baby vans, often arriving as late as 10 PM, ready to begin preparations for the next day's events. Our days are long and tiring, with multiple events to manage, but seeing the smiles on our clients’ faces makes every ounce of effort worthwhile.
